Loh Huey Peng is currently the Director of Nursing for Singapore National Eye Centre, concurrent with her appointment as Co-Director IPSQ. She is also the current co- lead for 2019 SH Strategic Work group for Joy at Work.

Trained in Perioperative nursing, Ms Loh is passionate on patient safety and was involved as co-lead for JCI accreditation from 2009 to 2016. Her passion for patient safety led her to explore and develop patient safety training gaming. Her Thesis on using gaming to improve situation awareness training for Ophthalmic operating theatre nurses has provided deeper insights for future education development and understanding the correlation between human factor with risk.
