Please read the registration terms and conditions carefully before beginning online registration or group registration. Should there be no payment received within the given grace period of 14 working days, we reserve the right to cancel your registration.

PayPal Acceptance Mark Note: Credit card payment will be processed through the PayPal portal. You do not require a PayPal account to effect the payment.

Telegraphic Transfer
Payment instructions will be sent to your email once you have submitted your registration. It is important that the Registration ID is stated on the Telegraphic Transfer slip so that we can keep track of your payment. Please contact us at [email protected] if you require any assistance.

Note: All bank charges and currency exchange are to be borne by remitter.
No cash payment is accepted. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment at prevailing rate(s).

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Replacement or cancellation requests must be notified in writing and received by the Conference Secretariat not later than 29 June 2021.

A handling charged of 3% of the registration fee and bank charges will be deducted from each cancelled registration. No refund will be given after 29 June 2021. Any refund will be processed after the virtual meeting.

CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

This meeting is pending approval of CME/CNE/CPE points by the relevant authority.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

Selected information including Title, Name, Position, Department, Organisation, Country, Photo and Areas of Interest shall be made available on the Virtual Platform to enhance networking among the participants. Other information will not be disclosed unless the participants choose to share with other attendees on their own accord.
